This is my absolutely adorable, handsome, perfect nephew, Rocky Kyle Fordham. He had an incredibly bad case of cleft lip and pallet. He hardly even had a nose. And all of his teeth were growing in a little ball/pouch that was on the outside of his mouth when it should of been on the inside. This was after his second surgery. My poor boy has been through so much and we have already had little kids staring and laughing at him and calling him big nose, and throwing wood chips at him at the park. Please get this some notes. I want to show my little Rocky that people think he is beautiful even if he looks different. I love you Rocky
